Here is exactly how Momentum works.

We know you are busy. Here is what happens from the first conversation to the day your new employee shows up for work.

Step 1 — We talk first.

Before anything else, we have a real conversation about your business. What does the job actually involve? What kind of person has worked out well for you in the past? What went wrong with the last hire? The more we understand upfront, the better we do for you.

This first call is free and there is no obligation.

Step 2 — We take over the job posting.

We write or sharpen your job posting and get it in front of the right candidates. Then we manage everything that comes in. Every application gets reviewed. The people who don’t qualify get cut before you ever see their name.

On a typical posting you might get 150 to 200 applications. You do not need to deal with 180 of them. We do.

Step 3 — We interview the serious candidates.

The people who make it through our screening get a real interview — not just a quick phone call. We are looking at their experience, their work history, how they communicate, and whether they are actually a fit for what you need.

You are getting the judgment of a recruiter with 20 years of experience, not a 25-year-old reading from a script.

Step 4 — You meet the people worth your time.

We send you a short summary on each candidate before you meet them — what they have done, why we think they fit, anything worth knowing. You do the interview your way and hire who you want. The decision is always yours.

Step 5 — They start on your payroll. No extra charges.

When you make an offer and they accept, they become your employee on day one. No buyout fee, no temp-to-hire transition cost, no fine print. What you paid Momentum for the recruiting work is all you pay.

What does it cost?

We do not charge a percentage of salary and we do not mark up your workers wages. Our fees are straightforward.

Hourly

You pay for the time we put in. Good for a single role or if you want to try the process before committing to anything longer.

Project rate

A flat fee to fill a specific number of roles. You know the cost upfront and there are no surprises.

Monthly retainer

For companies that hire on a regular basis, a monthly retainer keeps us working on your behalf continuously. Less expensive than an in-house recruiter. More effective than doing it yourself.
